Hip Easy Chocolate Cupcakes w/ Peanut Butter Frosting

Any chocolate paired with peanut butter fans here?

If you start to see a pattern here, well, there is….I am a lover of all things chocolate (& protein!) I use my Vegan Chocolate Shakeology in a ton of my sweet tooth recipes!

Today is no exception! I made up a batch of cupcakes for the kids for St. Patrick’s Day, and realized I needed something to keep myself on track as well! The recipe for the frosting originally uses vanilla shakeo, but I went with the chocolate option. 😀

This week we finished up our Gather Round Homeschooling :Indigenous Peoples Unit, we did a mini St. Patrick’s Day study, and finished off with these cupcakes! <3 We are spending most of our days outside and enjoying fresh air! The kids are excited to do our next units at the park and spring field trips!

The longer days and more vitamin D in our system is making this mama feel healthy and strong. My Thyroid meds have been upped, I’m back on my regular vitamins. I am grateful for a little bit of a normal routine again. Between all of these things, paying off debt to get ourselves a mortgage when the time is right, staying focused on God’s promise for us, and working out to stay sane (okay and build up my muscle tone I lost after my thyroidectomy), I am so blessed and working on lowering my stress.
